True Love

Two butterflies were in love.

One day, they decided to play Hide n Seek.

During the play.
Boy Butterfly - “A small game within us“
Girl Butterfly - “OK“
Boy Butterfly - “The one who sits in this flower tomorrow early in the morning that one loves the other one more...“
Girl Butterfly - “OK“

Next morning, the boy butterfly waits for the flower to open so that he can sit before the girl butterfly does.

Finally, the flower opened.

What did he see...???? ?

The girl butterfly had died inside the flower.

She stayed there all night.
so that early in the morning.
as soon as she sees him.
she can fly to him and tell him how much she loved him.

This is true LOVE

Be Quick to Compliment

This is an ancient art fallen into disuse. A really good, honest compliment shows that you appreciate the person you admire. There is no shortage of critics. But there is a dearth of people who say nice things when they genuinely feel them.

"Feedback," says Ken Blanchard, co-author of The One-Minute Manager and other motivational books, "is the breakfast of champions." People want and need to know how they're doing.

Be on the lookout for positive acts and attitudes worth noting. You'll convince the other person that you care -and you'll convince yourself as well.

If you are going to do something, Do It With Passion...

If you are going to do something, Do It With Passion...
Whatever it may be- Cooking, Writing a Letter, Talking to a Client, Getting ready for work, Making Coffee, or even when Praying.

When you do what you do with Passion, it gets done Faster & Better and You personally enjoy it More. Passion is the key ingredient to life. Your attitude about life determines how you experience passionate living.

Passion begins with attitude. We all live in the same world. The only thing we have complete control over, is our response to any given circumstance. We can choose the high road; We can choose to live abundantly, passionately, and freely. An attitude of passion anticipates and believes and requires choice.

Choose Passion Today!

Love is Never Silent

A loving heart, a gentle smile
a warm and tender touch
We give so many things in life
but nothing means as much.
A little inspiration
when one loses hope,
A kind word of encouragement
when they no longer seem to cope.
A simple phrase, "I love you"
when no one else is there
Taking hold onto a hand
in a little heartfelt prayer.
Love is never silent
It has so much to say,
And it is our greatest blessing
when we give it all away.

Spread some love today!

Thought of the Day!

CONFIDENCE

Once, all village people decided to pray for rain.
On the day of prayer all people gathered and only one boy
came with an Umbrella,

when you throw him in the air,
he laughs......because he knows you will catch him;
that's Trust

HOPE

Every night we go to bed,
we have no assurance to get up alive in the next morning
but still you have plans for the coming day ;
that's Hope

Great Happiness Quotes

"Compliment 3 people every day. Never waste an opportunity to tell someone you love them. Leave everything a little better than you found it. Keep it simple. Think big thoughts but relish small pleasures. Become the most positive and enthusiastic person you know. Floss your teeth. Ask for a raise when you think you've earned it."
~ By H. Jackson Brown Jr.

~ Albert Einstein

"If your determination is fixed, I do not counsel you to despair. Few things are impossible to diligence and skill. Great works are performed not by strength, but perseverance."
~ Samuel Johnson

"Often people attempt to live their lives backwards: they try to have more things, or more money, in order to do more of what they want so that they will be happier. The way it actually works is the reverse. You must first be who you really are, then, do what you need to do, in order to have what you want."
~ Margaret Young

"For every minute you are angry you lose sixty seconds of happiness."
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

"People become really quite remarkable when they start thinking that they can do things. When they believe in themselves they have the first secret of success."
~ Norman Vincent Peale

To have the determination to do things immediately is to ensure success. The one slogan that is good to remember is 'Now or never'. If we are not able to use the thought we have immediately we will never be able to, because the strength of the thought begins to gradually reduce till it doesn't seem important anymore. Also there might not be enough time for it in the future. Let us first think of something that we want to do and take a thought, "if I do it now it will happen or it can never happen." When we think in this way we will not postpone but do what is required immediately.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu.

I've got dreams, of course I've got dreams.'
Then they put the box away and bring it out once in awhile to look in it,
and yep, they're still there.

These are great dreams, but they never even get out of the box.
It takes an uncommon amount of guts to put your dreams on the line,
to hold them up and say, 'How good or how bad am I?'
That's where courage comes in."

Empower Yourself with Inspiring Thoughts

~ Elias L. Magoon

To have begun is half the job.
~ Horace (65-8 BC), "Epistles"

Life is like a blanket too short. You pull it up and your
toes rebel, you yank it down and shivers meander about your
shoulder; but cheerful folks manage to draw their knees up

things.
~ Russell Baker

We are at the very beginning of time for the human race.
It is not unreasonable that we grapple with problems. But

responsibility is to do what we can, learn what we can,
improve the solutions and pass them on.
~ Richard P. Feynman

And the way to meet emergencies is to do each daily task
the best we can.
~ William Feather

Kindness is the sunshine in which virtue grows.
~ Ingersoll

The one who considers himself as a server is the one who can remains stable in all situations. In all that we do, if we have the consciousness of being a server i.e., the one who is available for bringing benefit to those around us in one way or the other, we can be stable. When we have this consciousness, we would naturally have no expectations either from people or situations and we will be stable. Each day it is necessary for us to take the thought that each person we meet should take something (even if it is a good wish) from us and no one should go away empty-handed. When we do this, we will be able to be free from expectations and we can naturally be stable.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu.

Life's Lesson

I feared being alone
Until I learned to like
Myself.

I feared failure
Until I realized that I only
Fail when I don't try.

I feared success
Until I realized
That I had to try
In order to be happy
With myself.

I feared people's opinions
Until I learned that
People would have opinions
About me anyway.

I feared rejection
Until I learned to
Have faith in myself.

I feared pain
Until I learned that
it's necessary
For growth.

I feared the truth
Until I saw the
Ugliness in lies.

I feared life
Until I experienced
Its beauty .

I feared death
Until I realized that it's
Not an end, but a beginning.

I feared my destiny,
Until I realized that
I had the power to change
My life.

I feared hate
Until I saw that it
Was nothing more than
Ignorance.

I feared love
Until it touched my heart,
Making the darkness fade
Into endless sunny days.

I feared ridicule
Until I learned how
To laugh at myself.

I feared growing old
Until I realized that
I gained wisdom every day.

I feared the future
Until I realized that
Life just kept getting
Better.

I feared the past
Until I realized that
It could no longer hurt me.

I feared the dark
Until I saw the beauty
Of the starlight.

I feared the light
Until I learned that the
Truth would give me
Strength.

I feared change,
Until I saw that
Even the most beautiful butterfly
Had to undergo a metamorphosis
Before it could fly.

Be Sincere With Your Own Specialties To Achieve Constant Success

To be sincere with our own specialties is to achieve constant success. We never need to prove what we are, but because of our sincerity our actions become an expression of our specialities. Just like a diamond never needs to prove but its sparkle is its proof of the value it has. When we work with our specialties with sincerity, then we will never give excuses or have expectations, but use every situation as an opportunity to express our qualities. If we ever find ourselves giving excuses for our wrong or negative behaviour or words, we need to remind ourselves of the goodness and specialties that we have. When we do this, we will be sincere for the use of our qualities under all circumstances.

Inspiring Thoughts Can Change Your Life

When someone does something good, applaud!
You will make two people happy.
~ Samuel Goldwyn

"Learn to enjoy every minute of your life.
Be happy now.
Don't wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future.
Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it's at work
or with your family.
Every minute should be enjoyed and savored."
~ Earl Nightingale

We should have courage to work on the self is to find the beauty within. Situations come that challenge one's own strength. At such times the mind tends to become weak displaying weaknesses. Then there is no courage to look within. The one who is able to be introspective at that time is able to find a new learning. He is thus able to express the beauty that is lying within. When we understand that at each step of our life, situations come to bring out some quality from within, we'll never be afraid of situations. We'll have the courage to challenge our own assumptions and move forward based on the learning that we get and the beauty that we have been able to discover.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu.

Lesson Of Courage

After Dr. David Livingstone had begun his now famous missionary work in Africa, a certain group wrote the great pioneer and asked: "Have you found a good road to where you are? If so, please advise. We'd like to send others to assist you."

Dr. Livingstone sent this reply: "If you have those who will come only if they know there is a good road, I don't want them. I want individuals who are strong and courageous -- those who will come if there is no road at all!"

What a lesson in courage!

Courage is performing the task that would be easier not to do.

It's moving out on faith, when you know full well the risks and the pitfalls that will challenge you.

It's marching ahead, blazing a new trail where there are no roads, and sometimes no maps to guide you.

It's what Winners do...

"When nothing seems to help, I go and look at a stonecutter hammering away at his rock perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. Yet at the hundred and first blow it will split in two, and I know it was not that blow that did it - but all that had gone before."

When you are truthful your words and actions become equal. You will do what you say and say what you do. Because of this you will continue to receive love and regard from everyone. Just take up one thing that you have not been able to fulfill and today take up this thought that you will do it. Tell yourself that you have the power of truth within which makes your words and actions equal.

but in playing those you hold well."

"Every lucky happening and every lucky break are little gifts from God
above that are ours to freely take."

"Our plans may be interrupted by storms, but God's plans never are.
In fact, the storm is part of His plan.
If we don't abandon ship, the winds of God will blow us right
where we belong--no matter how off course we feel."
~Ron Hutchcraft

The Greatest Thing In Life Is To Keep Your Mind Young

Life's Little Instructions - "Sing in a choir. Plant flowers every spring. Have a dog. Always accept an outstretched hand. Stop blaming others. Take responsibility for every area of your life. Wave at kids on school buses. Be there when people need you. Feed a stranger's expired parking meter. Don't expect life to be fair. Never underestimate the power of love."
~ By H. Jackson Brown Jr.

~ The 14th Dalai Lama

"You have it easily in your power to increase the sum total of this world's happiness now. How? By giving a few words of sincere appreciation to someone who is lonely or discouraged. Perhaps you will forget tomorrow the kind words you say today, but the recipient may cherish them over a lifetime."

"Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is."
~ Mary Anne Radmacher

"Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young. The greatest thing in life is to keep your mind young."
~ Henry Ford

"Finish each day and be done with it. . . You have done what you could; some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; you shall begin it well and serenely."
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

"Whoever said money can't buy happiness didn't know where to shop."
~ Gittel Hudnick

Understand the symbiosis between inner wellness and the different levels of prosperity in your life. Try some spiritual approaches to expanding your capacity and your awareness of abundance. Best of all, enjoy taking the reigns and steering towards total prosperity - in all dimensions.

Uplifting Future Quotes Of The Day

"My interest is in the future,
Because I'm going to be spending the rest of my life there."
~ Charles Kettering

We usually blame our fortune when something goes wrong. We either feel it to be unjust or we tend to curse our past actions, which have brought us this fate. To curse past actions is to lose the present moment too. Instead of cursing our past actions, we need to make the most of the present. Whatever we do today, we get the fruit of it right now and for the future too. So we need to pay attention to do the right actions always and create the best fortune for ourselves.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu.

"Only those who will risk going too far
Can possibly find out how far one can go."
~ T.S. Eliot

"There will come a time when you believe everything
is finished. That will be the beginning."
~ Louis L'Amour

Introversion enables one to experience progress. When we are introverted we will be able to check ourselves and progress. Introversion gives us the power to see our own mistake, however small it might be. With the recognition of the mistake comes the power to bring about a change and there is an experience of progress. We remind ourselves that with each mistake that happens, we actually get a chance to learn. When something goes wrong we don't have to feel disheartened but, take it as a learning for our future. This understanding gives us the experience of constant progress whatever the circumstances might be.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu.

Do It Now & You Will Get Success

"Seek always to do some good, somewhere.
Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth.
You must give some time to your fellow man.
For remember, you don't live in a world all your own.
Your brothers are here too."
~ Albert Schweitzer

"A professional is a man who can do his best at a time when he doesn't particularly feel like it."
~ Alistair Cooke

"When you turn to God you discover He has been facing you all the time."
~ Zig Ziglar

"I studied the lives of great men and women, and I found that the men and women who got to the top were those who did the jobs they had in hand, with everything they had of energy and enthusiasm and hard work."
~ Harry S. Truman

"No matter how small and unimportant what we are doing may seem, if we do it well, it may soon become the step that will lead us to better things."
~ Channing Pollock

Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits; they become character.
Watch your character: it becomes your destiny.
~ Frank Outlaw

"Sometimes our light goes out, but is blown into flame by another human being.
Each of us owes deepest thanks to those who have rekindled this light."
~ Albert Schweitzer

To have the determination to do things immediately is to ensure success. The one slogan that is good to remember is 'Now or never'. If we are not able to use the thought we have immediately we will never be able to, because the strength of the thought begins to gradually reduce till it doesn't seem important anymore. Also there might not be enough time for it in the future. Let us first think of something that we want to do and take a thought, "if I do it now it will happen or it can never happen." When we think in this way we will not postpone but do what is required immediately.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu.

You Have The Power To Control Your Own Life !!!

"It's never too late to be what you might have been"
~ George Eliot

"This life is yours.
Take the power to choose what you want to do and do it well.
Take the power to love what you want in life and love it honestly.
Take the power to walk in the forest and be a part of nature.
Take the power to control your own life. No one else can do it for you.
Take the power to make your life happy."
~ Susan Polis Schutz

~ Vincent Van Gogh

"The truth of the matter is that there's nothing you can't accomplish if:
(1) You clearly decide what it is that you're absolutely committed to achieving,

(3) You notice what's working or not, and
(4) You continue to change your approach until you achieve what you want, using whatever life gives you along the way."
~ Anthony Robbins

The 7 Prosperity & Happiness Quotes

1. Life's Little Instructions- "Drink champagne for no reason at all. Live your life as an exclamation, not an explanation. Don't be afraid to say, "I made a mistake." Don't be afraid to say, "I don't know." Compliment even small improvements. Keep your promises no matter what. Marry for love. Rekindle old friendships. Count your blessings. Call your mother."
- H. Jackson Brown Jr.

2. "One's mind, once stretched by a new idea, never regains its original dimensions."
- Oliver Wendell Holmes

3. "Into this mysterious universe we are born, with no apparent set of instructions, maps or equations, signs or guideposts, nothing but our equally unfathomable instincts, intuitions, and reasoning abilities to tell us where we came from, why we are here, and what we are supposed to do. What we do possess perhaps it is the key to our survival as a species is an almost unquenchable need to know."
- Philip S. Berg

4. "There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle."
- Albert Einstein

5. "Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great."
- Mark Twain

6. "Happiness is a state of non-contradictory joy- a joy without penalty or guilt, a joy that does not clash with any of your values and does not work for your own destruction, not the joy of escaping from your mind, but of using your minds fullest power, not the joy of faking reality, but of achieving values that are real, not the joy of a drunkard, but of a producer."
- Ayn Rand

7. "Learn to get in touch with the silence within yourself, and know that everything in this life has purpose. There are no mistakes, no coincidences. All events are blessings given to us to learn from."

Excellence is Drive from "Inside"

A gentleman was once visiting a temple under construction. In the temple premises, he saw a sculptor making an idol of God. Suddenly he saw, just a few meters away, another identical idol was lying. Surprised he asked the sculptor, do you need two statutes of the same idol. No said the sculptor. We need only one, but the first one got damaged at the last stage.

The gentleman examined the sculptor. No apparent damage was visible. Where is the damage asked the gentleman? There is a scratch on the nose of the idol. Where are you going to keep the idol? The sculptor replied that it would be installed on a pillar 20 feet high.

When the idol will be 20 feet away from the eyes of the beholder, who is going to know that there is scratch on the nose? The gentleman asked. The sculptor looked at the gentleman, smiled and said "The God knows it and I know it".

The desire to excel should be exclusive of the fact whether someone appreciates it or not. Excellence is a drive from "inside" not "outside". Excel at a task today...not necessarily for someone else to notice but for your own satisfaction.

Think Positive with Inspirational Thoughts

Think on this...

"A hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles."
~ Christopher Reeve

"Be not afraid of life. Believe that life is worth living,
and your belief will help you create the fact."
~ William James

INSIGHT...

It seems to be a common mistake that people want to wait
until 'things are good' before feeling happy, or satisfied.

When you consider the fact that there are many people in
the World in much worse situations who are happy, this
mistake becomes apparent.

Our old enemy pessimism is a biased way of thinking. If you
are going to consider all the negatives about a situation,
you are lying to yourself if you do not also consider the
possible positives.

Negativity can become a habit, and one that comes naturally
to human beings. But balanced thinking can become a habit
too, even if it requires a bit more practice.

Commitment Make You Clear & Pure From Inside

I believe life is constantly testing us for our level of commitment, and life's greatest rewards are reserved for those who demonstrate a never-ending commitment to act until they achieve. This level of resolve can move mountains, but it must be constant and consistent. As simplistic as this may sound, it is still the common denominator separating those who live their dreams from those who live in regret.
~ Anthony Robbins

When there is commitment to make oneself clear and pure from inside, there is the ability to recognize and remove all that is waste and unnecessary. There is honesty and sincerity with oneself and every step is taken to remove all that is not good. When there is the ability to do that, there is an ability also to become a mirror for others to see their own perfection. To keep myself free from negativity means to see my own inner perfection. I am not caught up with my visible negativity, but am able to connect to my inner qualities. I am honest with myself and am able to work for my own inner growth.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu.

There are countless ways of attaining greatness, but any road to reaching one's maximum potential must be built on a bedrock of respect for the individual, a commitment to excellence, and a rejection of mediocrity.
~ Buck Rodgers

The quality of a person's life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endeavor.
~ Vince Lombardi

We usually look for happiness in all that we do. Unless there is an experience of attainment or visible fruit seen, we are not inspired to do the task. With such an attitude, although we do experience happiness for some time, we do not find it long lasting. Real and permanent happiness comes from our commitment towards our aim. When we are focused on that, the little things that we have to do which don't give us immediate happiness or which are difficult for us, don't stop us. We continue to move forward with happiness towards our aim.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu.

Inspired by These Words of Wisdom!

1. There is no doubt in my mind that there are many ways to be a winner, but there is really only one way to be a loser and that is to fail and not look beyond the failure
~ Kyle Rote Jr

2. Most of the times we do manage to win over our weaknesses and achieve progress but sometimes we find that we are defeated at the wrong moment by our own weaknesses and thus experience failure. So instead of experiencing progress it is sometimes the case that we find ourselves moving back. In order to bring benefit to others and to ourselves, we should recognise and remove even the last trace of weakness that is working within ourselves. For that we need to have a constant checking about the real cause of the weakness and remove it. Such checking and changing helps me to overcome my weaknesses.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu

3. The difference between greatness and mediocrity is often how an individual views a mistake
~ Nelson Boswell

4. Errors become mistakes when we perceive them and respond to them incorrectly.
Mistakes become failures when we continually respond to them incorrectly.

5. Failure is really a matter of conceit. People don't work hard because in their conceit, they imagine they'll succeed without ever making an effort. Most people believe taht they'll wake up some day and find themselves rich. Actually, they got it half right, because eventually they do wake up.
~ Thomas Edison

6. Great minds have purposes; others have wishes.
Little minds are subdued by misfortunes; but great minds rise above them
~ Washington Irving

7. When involved in something new, there is usually more fear for our failure than there is faith in success. So although we put in sufficient efforts towards achieving the target, we are not able to experience success. This fear neither makes us give our best to the task, nor does it ensure our success in anyway. We need to maintain the faith in our mind first about our own success. Because if we think in our mind that we have failed, we have failed even before we have actually attempted the task. What we need is a constant experience of success in the mind, which makes us increase the speed and intensity of our efforts.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu

Happiness Is The Present Moment....Enjoy Your Present Moment!!!

The gift of time that can always bring us happiness is the present moment. In remembrance of God and full consciousness of the present we have power over time. We have determination to say " I will do it now". There is no telling what time is going to bring. No knowing what will happen in the next moment. No guarantee for life. So to live each moment with all accounts settled, all duties done, everything completed is to truly live in this moment now. The ever-present company of God reminds us to make the best use of the present.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu

Yesterday is but a dream, and tomorrow is only a vision,
but today well lived makes every yesterday a dream of
happiness and every tomorrow a vision of hope.
~ unknown

Happiness comes of the capacity to feel deeply, to enjoy
simply, to think freely, to risk life, to be needed.
~ Storm Jameson

Happiness is not a station you arrive at, but a manner of traveling.
~ Margaret B. Runbeck

To find reasons to be happy is to increase happiness. When the mind searches for reasons to be sad and sorrowful, even situations with no great significance are seen with a vision of negativity. So there is constantly an expression of words and actions that reflect the need for sympathy and reassurance. On the other hand, when there is the search for happiness, then everything is positive giving happiness. It is like wearing coloured glasses. Whatever colour my glasses are, the whole world is coloured with it. Then, I am no longer able to perceive and recognize negativity and I am able to remain happy with everything.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu

It is not length of life, but depth of life.
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Make Your Thoughts Positive with Inspiring Quotes

"Be kind and merciful.
Let no one ever come to you without coming away better and happier."
~ Mother Teresa

To be sincere in removing weaknesses is to have the power to overcome them. While it is important to recognize strengths, it is also important to recognize and acknowledge weaknesses. With honesty, when we understand our weaknesses, with sincerity we are able to work towards overcoming them. We are then able to find the right method too. Let us take a positive thought connected to our weakness and remind ourselves of that thought at least 5 times a day. For example,if our weakness is anger, let us remind ourselves of our inherent peace with thoughts like - "I am a being of peace, peace is inherent within me." When we practice sincerely with this we find that strength emerges finishing weakness (peace emerges finishing anger).
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.
3. Live simply.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less.

Learn from the past...
Hope for the future...
Live in the present.
~ Ken Lancaster

No one knows about your honesty or integrity unless you give them examples of it.

There is a little difference in people, but that little difference makes a big difference. That little difference is attitude. The big difference is whether it is positive or negative.
~ W. Clement Stone

Character is doing the right thing when no one is watching.
~ J. C. Watts

To make thoughts as pure as the actions is to be truly elevated. There is usually attention on the self not to perform any negative acts. There is also considerable attention not to speak any words that are harmful or negative. But very rarely is there that attention on the thoughts. Because of this a lot of negative thoughts tend to remain in the intellect causing trouble for me. I need to understand the fact that my thoughts form the basis for my words and actions. The more I pay attention to make my thoughts positive, the more it will have a positive impact on my words and actions too.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu.

Confidence Is Key To Success !!!

With confidence, you can reach truly amazing heights; without confidence, even the simplest accomplishments are beyond your grasp.
~ Jim Loehr

One important key to success is self-confidence. An important key to self-confidence is preparation.
~ Arthur Ashe

Confidence is having faith in someone or something. It means you trust that you have what it takes to handle whatever happens. It brings the strength to try new things. I practice confidence when I learn my own strengths and weaknesses, when I practice until I master something, when I am willing to try new things, when I am free from worries.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu.

If you have no confidence in self, you are twice defeated in the race of life. With confidence, you have won even before you have started.
~ Marcus Garvey

Confidence doesn't come out of nowhere. It's a result of something... hours and days and weeks and years of constant work and dedication.
~ Roger Staubach

The ones who have faith are able to believe in succeeding even in the most difficult circumstances. They will never say "I will try to do it" but their words reflect the confidence, which make them say, "I will do it". They are able to make best use of the available resources and also find yet undiscovered resources. When I am able to work with faith and believe in the success of a task, I'll naturally fill it with positive and powerful vibrations. This naturally ensures that the task is successful. Also people provide maximum support, as I am totally committed and confident.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu.

Make The Right Decisions at the Right Time

Opportunity knocks at the strangest times,
It's not the time that matters But how you answer the door.
~ Steve Gray

"Time is a companion that goes with us on a journey.
It reminds us to cherish each moment, because it will never come again. What we leave behind is not as important as how we have lived."
~ Captain Jean-Luc Picard

"Life is all about timing... the unreachable becomes reachable, the unavailable become available, the unattainable... attainable. Have the patience; wait it out. It's all about timing."
~ Unknown

The time to repair the roof is when the sun is shining.
~ John F. Kennedy

The benefit attained from meditation is the "incarnation of economy". This means that you have clarity of thought and have the ability to make the right decisions at the right time in every situation. When you make the right decisions consistently, then you achieve all your spiritual goals, desires and objectives with minimum energy. This means that you experience the greatest splendor with minimum expenditure. There is very little or minimum wastage of time, efforts and resources. Clarity of thought therefore is the ability to do the right things the very first time and never have to repeat things. To repeat things is very costly in time, money, resources and loss of opportunities. When you achieve the things that are under your control with minimum energy, then you are contented and where there is contentment there is happiness.
~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu.

Success Based on Great Common Sense

"If you start to think the problem is `out there,' stop yourself.
That thought is the problem."
~ Stephen Covey

The successful man will profit from his mistakes and try again in a different way.
~ Dale Carnegie

"You were Made For Success - created for a unique and magnificent destiny!
Your future is limited only by the boundaries of your dreams and ideas and the size of your heart. Imagine for yourself a life of total success and happiness.
Dream the extraordinary!
Pursue your passion with faith and tenacity and you will bring that destiny into reality."
~ Chris Widener

My success was not based so much on any great intelligence but on great common sense.
~ Helen Gurley Brown

To have the determination to do things immediately is to ensure success. The one slogan that is good to remember is 'Now or never'. If we are not able to use the thought we have immediately we will never be able to, because the strength of the thought begins to gradually reduce till it doesn't seem important anymore. Also there might not be enough time for it in the future. Let us first think of something that we want to do and take a thought, "if I do it now it will happen or it can never happen." When we think in this way we will not postpone but do what is required immediately.

Keep Your Energies Focused Towards The Goal.

Goals are the barriers that limit our ability to reach our true potential.
- David V. Ellison

Live your life each day as you would climb a mountain. An occasional glance towards the summit keeps the goal in mind, but many beautiful scenes are to be observed from each new vantage point.
- Harold B. Melchart

You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.
- Les Brown

Have the courage and the wisdom and the vision to raise a definite standard that will appeal to the best that is in man, and then strive mightily toward that goal.
- Harold E. Stassen

Difficulties increase the nearer we approach the goal.
- Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe.

While moving towards my destination, I tend to get distracted with even the little things that happen. Even a small negative or positive incident is enough to distract my thoughts from my destination. I am sometimes so busy with such things that my vision moves away from my destination and I stop moving forward. I need to first clarify my goal. Once I have done this, I need to take care that my vision is focused on it. Even when situations come by, trying to distract me I need to remind myself that these are only side-scenes, which are not important for me. It is more important to keep my energies focused towards the goal.

~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu.

You can Make A Difference!!

He's spent nearly half his life in an iron lung and the other half in a wheelchair.

With so many personal challenges, surely he's been in no position to improve the quality of life for others. Or has he?

Ed Roberts personified the power of a single, committed moment of decision. He became the first quadriplegic to graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, and served as director of the California State Department of Rehabilitation.

A tireless advocate for disabled people, he has lobbied to secure all people's right of access and supplied many of the innovations that made these laws enforceable.

There are no excuses. YOU can Make A Difference!!

Make three decisions now that will change your health,

your career,
your relationships,
your life - and act upon them.

Motivate Yourself with Positive Thoughts

One must learn by doing the thing, for though you think you know it, you have no certainty until you try.
- Aristotle

The world is divided into people who do things and people who get the credit. Try, if you can, to belong to the first class. There's far less competition.
- Dwight Morrow

You will have to take charge of the whole movement, not as a leader, but as a servant. Do you know, the least show of leading destroys everything by rousing jealousy?
- Swami Vivekananda

Patience is passion tamed.
- Lyman Abbott

No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.
- Eleanor Roosevelt

No pleasure philosophy, no sensuality, no place nor power, no material success can for a moment give such inner satisfaction as the sense of living for good purposes, for maintenance of integrity, for the preservation of self-approval.
- Minot Simons

An inner power needed to make accurate decisions is the power to tolerate. Tolerance is not about having to put up with or endure. It's about respect for difference. It is about being able to appreciate diversity, the beauty in that diversity and difference. We need confidence to allow others to do what they are doing. Rigidity is a sign of lack of self-confidence and self-respect. It is better to have peace with someone than to have 100 percent perfection and tension. The quality of interaction comes from our ability to stop (that is not to be affected or influenced by what the other is doing). When I learn to stop, then I become more perceptive of the situation and am able to do make the right decision.

High Achievers Plan Their Work & Work Their Plan

If we are facing in the right direction, all we have to do is keep on walking.
- Buddhist Proverb

All high achievers plan their work and work their plan, for they are keenly aware that "luck" is most often being prepared to take advantage of a situation.

We learn wisdom from failure much more than from success.
We often discover what will do by finding out what will not do;

Do the thing you fear to do and keep on doing it...
that is the quickest and surest way ever yet discovered to conquer fear.
-Dale Carnegie

What is now proved was once only imagined.

Forgiveness is all-powerful. Forgiveness heals all ills.

Self-restraint is a manifestation of greater power than all outgoing action. ... All outgoing energy following a selfish motive is frittered away; it will not cause power to return to you. But if restrained, it will result in development of power. This self-control will tend to produce a mighty will, a character which makes a Christ or a Buddha. Fools do not know this secret; they nevertheless want to rule mankind.

Empowerment comes with Inspiring Thoughts

Whatever happens in life is the requirement of our growth.
- Rosie Cash

Realize Your Potential

A certain man planted a rose and watered it faithfully and before it blossomed, he examined it.

He saw the bud that would soon blossom, but noticed thorns upon the stem and he thought, "How can any beautiful flower come from a plant burdened with so many sharp thorns? Saddened by this thought, he neglected to water the rose, and just before it was ready to bloom... it died.

So it is with many people. Within every soul there is a rose. The God-like qualities planted in us at birth, grow amid the thorns of our faults. Many of us look at ourselves and see only the thorns, the defects.

We despair, thinking that nothing good can possibly come from us. We neglect to water the good within us, and eventually it dies. We never realize our potential.

Some people do not see the rose within themselves; someone else must show it to them. One of the greatest gifts a person can possess is to be able to reach past the thorns of another, and find the rose within them.

This is one of the characteristic of love... to look at a person, know their true faults and accepting that person into your life... all the while recognizing the nobility in their soul. Help others to realize they can overcome their faults. If we show them the "rose" within themselves, they will conquer their thorns. Only then will they blossom many times over.

Begin to See Yourself .....

Begin Again
by: Collin McCarty, Source Unknown

One of the best things we can do in our lives is this:
Begin again.

Begin to see yourself as you were
When you were the happiest and strongest you've ever been.

Begin to remember what worked for you
(and what worked against you),
And try to capture the magic again.

Begin to remember how natural it was when you were a child --
To live a lifetime each day.

Begin to forget the baggage you have carried with you
For years:
The problems that don't matter anymore,
The tears that cried themselves away,
And the worries that are going to wash away
On the shore of tomorrow's new beginnings.

Tomorrow tells us it will be here every new day of our lives;
And if we will be wise,
We will turn away from the problems of the past
And give the future -- and ourselves -- a chance
To become the best of friends.
Sometimes all it takes is a wish in the heart to let yourself ..
Begin again.

Believe in Yourself...

“We are responsible for what we are, and whatever we wish ourselves to be, we have the power to make ourselves. If what we are now has been the result of our own past actions, it certainly follows that whatever we wish to be in future can be produced by our present actions; so we have to know how to act.”
- Swami Vivekananda

"Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning."

Success Principles

A big flood hit a village.
Everyone was evacuated and fled for safety, except for one man who said, "God will save me. I have faith."

As the water level rose, a jeep came to rescue him but he refused help and said, "God will save me.I have faith."

As the water level rose further, he went up to the second floor, and a boat came to help him.
Again he refused to go saying, "God will save me. I have faith."

The water kept rising and finally he climbed to the roof.
A helicopter came to rescue him, but he said, "God will save me. I have faith."

Finally he drowned.

When he came face to face with his Maker he angrily commented, "I have complete
faith in you. Why did you ignore my prayers and let me drown?"

The Lord replied, "Who do you think sent the jeep, the boat, and the helicopter?"

SUCCESS PRINCIPLES :

* We must be accountable for what we do and not blame others for our shortcoming.
* We have to take the necessary action to help ourselves, rather than waiting, wishing and wondering what is happening in life.
* Nobody will help you unless you first decide to help yourself.
* Take action right now and do not waste any minute.
* You are responsible for your own failure or success!!

Think on This....

"A hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles."
--Christopher Reeve, Actor and Speaker

"Be not afraid of life. Believe that life is worth living, and your belief will help you create the fact."
--William James, 19th Century psychologist

“If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.”
-- Milton Berle

Think on this...

Be Grateful for What You Have.....

Be Grateful
by: Peter Gerhard, Source Unknown

Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift.

When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us.

The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.

It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.

Don't go for looks; they can deceive. Don't go for wealth; even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright. Find the one that makes your heart smile.

May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trails to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human, enough hope to bring you joy.

Always put yourself in another's shoes. If you feel that it hurts you, it probably hurts the other person, too.

The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.

The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past, you can't get on well in life until you let go of past failures and heartaches.

When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. Live your life so that when you die, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying.

Success Of Life

Though good may come of practice,
This primal truth endures;
The first time anything is done,
It's done by amateurs.
- Art Buck

I am done with great things and big plans, great institutions and big success. I am for those tiny, invisible, loving, human forces that work from individual to individual, creeping through the crannies of the world like so many rootlets, or like the capillary oozing of water, which, if given time, will rend the hardest monuments of pride.
- William James

The way to make a true friend is to be one. Friendship implies loyalty, esteem, cordiality, sympathy, affection, readiness to aid, to help, to stick, to fight for if need be. Radiate friendship and it will return sevenfold.
- B.C. Forbes

The wise learn many things from their enemies.
- Aristophanes, "The Birds"

It is no use saying "We are doing our best".
You have got to succeed in doing what is necessary.
- Sir Winston Churchill

People who change their way of life and begin to think about making spiritual progress also begin to suffer from the tongues of detractors. Whoever has not yet suffered this trial has not yet made progress, and whoever is not ready to suffer it does not even endeavor to progress.
- Aurelius Augustinus

What do we live for if not to make the world less difficult for each other?

The nonviolent approach does not immediately change the heart of the oppressor. It first does something to the hearts and souls of those committed to it. It gives them new self-respect; it calls up resources of strength and courage that they did not know they had. Finally it reaches the opponent and so stirs his conscience that reconciliation becomes a reality.

Powerful Quotes on Commitment

I believe life is constantly testing us for our level of commitment, and life's greatest rewards are reserved for those who demonstrate a never-ending commitment to act until they achieve. This level of resolve can move mountains, but it must be constant and consistent. As simplistic as this may sound, it is still the common denominator separating those who live their dreams from those who live in regret.
