Was 'my' way I did go
No one could change me
Not any one that I know.

Most my nights were sleepless
So I looked around me
And saw my life was a mess.

All things I did were wrong
No one really loved me
I wanted to be so strong.
Trust did not come easy
The storms of life did come
Hitting and hurting me
I could not help but feel dumb.
When I saw light, trust came
I gave my strife away
All the storms God did tame,
For I accepted His way.
