Two Days Without Worry
There are two days in every week about which we should not worry, two days which should be kept free from fear and apprehension.
One of these days is Yesterday with all its mistakes and cares, its faults and blunders, its aches and pains. Yesterday has passed forever beyond our control. All the money in the world cannot bring back Yesterday. We cannot undo a single act we performed; we cannot erase a single word we said. Yesterday is gone forever.
The other day we should not worry about is Tomorrow with all its possible adversities, its burdens, its large promise and its poor performance; Tomorrow is also beyond our immediate control. Tomorrow's sun will rise, either in splendor or behind a mask of clouds, but it will rise.Until it does, we have no stake in Tomorrow, for it is yet to be born. This leaves only one day, Today. Any person can fight the battle of just one day. It is when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternities, Yesterday and Tomorrow that we break down. It is not the experience of Today that drives a person mad, it is the remorse or bitterness of something which happened Yesterday and the dread of what Tomorrow may bring.
Let us, therefore, Live but one day at a time.

Words To Ponder
* It isn’t difficult to make a mountain out of a molehill,
just add a little dirt.
* A successful marriage isn’t finding the right person;
it’s being the right person.
* The mighty oak tree was once a little nut that held it’s ground.
* Too many people offer God prayers with claw marks all over them.
* The tongue must be heavy indeed because so few people can hold it.
* To forgive is to set the prisoner free, and then discover the prisoner was you.
* You’ll notice that a turtle only makes progress when it sticks out its neck…

Pride
WHAT A PRIDE”
One of the most significant word is PRIDE…
Because when you have to much of it…
* YOU always dont want to be the first one
to do the step to with someone….
* YOU always try to hide your feelings…
* YOU dont want others to know that
he/she’s special…
* YOU are afraid of losing someone
but also afraid to show it…
* YOU are afraid to love someone?
who you think cant love you in return…
* YOU are so aware of what other people
think that you cant do what you want…
* YOU ARE NOT HAPPY…..
And in the end….
YOU LOSE EVERYTHING….
WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO HAVE IT….

Some Great Quotes to Start Your Day
We now know that the true meaning of responsibility is response able or ability to respond. Whatever we may think, say, do, or feel - these are our responses for which we, and no one else, are responsible. This is easy to see but hard to live, for we have been taught to believe and think the opposite. So we don't consciously choose our response, we react instead, and then we blame others for our reaction. No wonder we feel imprisoned by others and our circumstances. The enlightened, on the other hand, have broken the spell, they see the illusion. They take full responsibility for their response abilities and as a consequence, they always hold their own destiny in their own hands. They are free spirits.
~ Bramha Kumaris, Mt. AbuWe come into this world crying while all around us are smiling. May
we so live that we go out of this world smiling while everybody
around us is weeping.
~ Persian proverb
Introversion brings empowerment of the self. Just as a tortoise withdraws from the external environment after its work is done, we too need to find time for ourselves. Amidst the activity of the day, we need to make time to look within and find the beauty that is hidden there. When we do this as a practice it brings a positive experience that empowers the self. We need to give ourselves a little.
~ Unknown
Don't be too timid and squeamish about your actions. All life is an experiment.
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
The one who works to remove the sorrow of others is the one who is loved by all. When there is the one aim of helping to remove the sorrow of others, there will be nothing negative while dealing with others. There will also be no expectations from others. Working with the natural desire to bring benefit to as many as possible, enables one to continue to contribute to whatever extent possible. When we are able to have this one desire of helping others be more happy, We are able to make a contribution for others' happiness and progress. We then find that others naturally appreciate our selfless contribution and their good wishes help us feel light and experience progress.

Everyone wants to see the world happy.

Acts Of Life
You always experience the consequences of your acts.
If your acts are right, you'll get good consequences;
If not, you'll suffer for it.
Right or Wrong, its in your hand.
But at the end, all acts sum up as your Life.

Grab The Opportunity
Opportunities - Small or Big. They come and go.
Some will be easy to take advantage of, some will be difficult.
But once we let them pass in hopes of something better,
those opportunities may never again be available.
Always grab the first opportunity.

Change
"The important thing is this: to be able at any moment to sacrifice what we are for what we could become."
Charles Du Bos takes full aim at the infamous "comfort zone", wherein we may not like where we Are, and we might even grumble about it, but we choose to hang on to what we know rather than take a leap forward into uncertainty. Yet it is only in letting go of that we have that we can grab hold of what we might become. Better. Kinder. More successful. Healthier. More self-confident. Whatever transformation we wish to make, we must first leave behind the old before becoming the new.

Self-Esteem
What is your value? Surprisingly, many of us place a low value on ourselves, and that devalues everything we do. That is called low self-esteem. And when we value ourselves lowly, others will value us lowly too - reinforcing our own low opinion of ourselves.
Make the decision today to place a high value on yourself. Yes you are worth it. When someone asks for help, make sure they appreciate the high value of your help. Don't be obnoxious, of course. Don't refuse to help. Just make sure they know that your help is valuable.
"Of course I will help you. I am busy today, but for you I will make the time." In so doing, they know you are giving them something of high value...and that you also value them to share such a valuable resource as your time and efforts with them.

Learn From Wrong
It is your right to be wrong, but you have no right to wrong someone else.
What does that mean?
When you are wrong, when you make a mistake, you have the wonderful chance to learn and to improve yourself. It is both your right and your responsibility to improve yourself.
It is, however, neither your right nor your responsibility to improve the person sitting next to you. That's her right and her responsibility.
So be wrong as often as you must, and learn from it. But don't wrong others; that's their job.

Steps to Happiness
Everybody Knows:
* You can't be all things to all people.
* You can't do all things at once. You can't do all things equally well.
* You can't do all things better than everyone else.
* Your humanity is showing just like everyone else's.
So:
* You have to find out who you are, and be that.
* You have to decide what comes first, and do that.
* You have to discover your strengths, and use them.
* You have to learn not to compete with others, Because no one else is in the contest of *being you*.
Then:
* You will have learned to accept your own uniqueness.
* You will have learned to set priorities and make decisions.
* You will have learned to live with your limitations.
* You will have learned to give yourself the respect that is due. And you'll be a most vital mortal.
Dare To Believe:
* That you are a wonderful, unique person.
* That you are a once-in-all-history event.
* That it's more than a right, it's your duty, to be who you are.
* That life is not a problem to solve, but a gift to cherish. And you'll be able to stay one up on what used to get you down.

Try, Try & Get Success
I have always seen life for what it really is.
Ever since I was a child growing up, hard times are all I know.
I had to sit back and watch my mother work from sunset to sundown.
I had to sit back and watch my mother work herself to her grave.
Nothing ever came easy for her.
She always had a heart and kept a smile on her face.
Life is like a newborn baby struggling to come out of its mother's womb,
life is a struggle true enough, but after all the struggling you have done,
and after all the hell you have been through, there is success.
Life is nothing but a big struggle, but just keep the faith and focus on your goals.
Don't let life beat you or you will be walking around like zombies.
Keep on pushing, keep on trying, life can be whatever you make it to be.
But life can also be a bowl of cherries with whip cream and apple pie.
I say this again; life is what you make of it.
You can achieve or conquer anything it throws at you,
you can't quit or give up, you have got to keep on working,
look higher some way, some how you are going to make it.

Belt Of Truth
Ephesians 6:14 Stand firm, with the buckle of truth buckled around your waist
Today I had the misfortune to put on a belt that was too tight .Ouch! That is a terrible feeling! I had towear the belt, because it went with the outfit… so suffer through it I did! I let it out to the last notch, and it was tolerable as long as I stood up. If I sat down, however, something happened and it almost took my breath away.
Boy, was that ever uncomfortable. One part of the Armor of God is the belt of truth. Have you ever compromised it?? For instance- you're ready to have a day filled with truth and good news and then -- something happens. Perhaps a friend asks you a question and the truthful answer would hurt her. You may reason…a little slanting of this one answer won't hurt, Lord, will it?
Or, a situation may arise when telling the truth puts you in an awkward position. What do you do?Perhaps your child asks you a question about the Easter Bunny, Santa Claus or the tooth fairy. How can you answer these questions without compromising your promise to God about not lying? Each time you fudge a little or slant the exactness, your belt of truth gets a little tighter. You feel uneasy in your spirit, and know you have not spoken accurately. Telling one white lie and then another builds a foundation for lies to roll off your tongue more easily each time. It is not a good habit to succumb to.
I do not have the answer about how you should speak to your friends in truth, or discuss delicate issues with your children. I do know, however, that God calls us to speak the truth, and we are to do so each and every day. That is why He told us about this "belt of truth" that we should wear every day- it is part of His armor to combat Satan. I know I need this piece of Holy armor, and pray I will never stretch or bend the truth in such a manner that it cuts of my breath, the way my belt did on my outfit today.
Consider this....if you put on the belt of truth each day, would it be very long before you felt a "real pinching" from the words you have spoken? Half-truths fall off our tongue way too easily- at least for me. We must be on guard about this subject. Don't you agree?

A Good Stretch
My strength is made perfect in weakness. — 2 Corinthians 12:9
Physical therapy is a painful necessity after knee-replacement surgery. Part of my routine involved my therapist pulling my knee back into a bent position and holding it taut. "Good stretch?" Mason would ask encouragingly. "No," I winced, "not that good!"
I soon learned, however, how important it is to stretch one's muscles and joints — sometimes causing discomfort — to gain full range of motion.
That wasn't the first time I've been "stretched" outside my comfort zone. God has sometimes urged me to share my faith with someone I didn't know very well, or to give an offering that was far beyond what I usually give or to confront someone about a situation.
Abraham's life illustrates the importance of faith when God asks us to move beyond our comfort zone. "By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called . . . He went out, not knowing where he was going" (Heb. 11:8).
While we stretch our spiritual muscles, we may feel discomfort. But God assures us, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness" (2 Cor. 12:9). Our adequacy — our sufficiency — is found in Him (3:5).
When you boldly step out in faith and obedience to God, you may be surprised at how a "good stretch" can strengthen your spiritual life!
~ Cindy Hess Kasper
To stretch our faith, to take the risk,
God says we will succeed
If we but ask Him for the strength
And grace that we will need.
