I fight a battle every day
Against discouragement and fear;
Some foe stands always in my way,
The path ahead is never clear!
I must forever be on guard
Against the doubts that skulk along;
I get ahead by fighting hard,
But fighting keeps my spirit strong.
I hear the croakings of Despair,
The dark predictions of the weak;
I find myself pursued by Care,
No matter what the end I seek;
My victories are small and few,
It matters not how hard I strive;
Each day the fight begins anew,
But fighting keeps my hopes alive.
My dreams are spoiled by circumstance,
My plans are wrecked by Fate or Luck;
Some hour, perhaps, will bring my chance,
But that great hour has never struck;
My progress has been slow and hard,
I've had to climb and crawl and swim,
Fighting for every stubborn yard,
But I have kept in fighting trim.
I have to fight my doubts away,
And be on guard against my fears;
The feeble croaking of Dismay
Has been familiar through the years;
My dearest plans keep going wrong,
Events combine to thwart my will,
But fighting keeps my spirit strong,
And I am undefeated still!

Best Integrity Quotes
To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.
- Douglas AdamsReal integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that nobody's going to know whether you did it or not.
- Oprah Winfrey
Integrity is the first step to true greatness. Men love to praise, but are slow to practice it. To maintain it in high places costs self-denial; in all places it is liable to opposition, but its end is glorious, and the universe will yet do it homage.
- Charles SimmonsIntegrity is not a conditional word. It doesn't blow in the wind or change with the weather. It is your inner image of yourself, and if you look in there and see a man who won't cheat, then you know he never will.
- John D. MacDonaldIntegrity has no need of rules.

The World Can Be Won
Do not let your fire go out, spark by an irreplaceable spark,
in the hopeless swamps of the approximate, the not-quite, the not-yet, the not-at-all.
Do not let the hero in your soul perish in lonely frustration for the life you deserved,
but have never been able to reach.
Check your road and the nature of your battle.
The world you desired can be won.
It exists, it is real, it is possible, it is yours.

What the results might be and Will I be successful. Only when you think deeply

don't be afraid of failure and don't abandon it.

Within You Is The Strength To Meet Life's Challenges!
You are stronger than you think,
remember to stand tall.
Every challenge in your life

Every trouble you overcome

forget them as soon as you can.
Tomorrow is a new day;
you shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit
to be encumbered with your old nonsense.

No idleness, no delay, no procrastination;
never put off till tomorrow what you can do today.

New Day is Here !!!
Above the dark horizon soon
new light rays will appear.
They signify to all the world
a fresh new day is here.
The sun has risen, and its light
may bring us hope for peace--
and with a deeper faith in God,
we pray that wars may cease.
Our time on earth is but a test--
a test we must not fail.
By building values, growth in faith,
may love from hate prevail.
So each new day we start once more
with rising of the sun.
May we have gained in stature when
our final day is done.

Greatest Disapproval Of Life
Many of us unconsciously believe that we're unworthy.
We adopt this belief very early in our lives,
when the people we looked up to disapprove our demands, wishes and behaviors.
We then conclude that we are no good.
The greatest disapproval is not when others put you down,
it is when you put down yourself.

Promise Yourself
Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing can
Disturb your peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to
Every person you meet.
To make all your friends feel like there is
Something in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make your
Optimism come true.
To think only of the best, to work only for the best,
And expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others
As you are about your own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on the
Greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give
Every living person you meet a smile.
To give so much time to the improvement of yourself
That you have no time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, and too
Strong for fear, and to happy to permit the Presence of trouble.

Motivational Stress Relief Quotes
Some of the secret joys of living are not found by rushing from point A to point B, but by inventing some imaginary letters along the way.
- Douglas PagelsThe greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.
- William James
Much of the stress that people feel doesn't come from having too much to do. It comes from not finishing what they've started.
- David AllenBeing in control of your life and having realistic expectations about your day-to-day challenges are the keys to stress management, which is perhaps the most important ingredient to living a happy, healthy and rewarding life.
- Marilu HennerHow we perceive a situation and how we react to it is the basis of our stress. If you focus on the negative in any situation, you can expect high stress levels. However, if you try and see the good in the situation, your stress levels will greatly diminish.

You Can Be Whatever You Want To Be!
There is inside you
All of the potential
To be whatever you want to be;
All of the energy
To do whatever you want to do.
Imagine yourself as you would like to be,
Doing what you want to do,
And each day, take one step
Towards your dream.
And though at times it may seem too
difficult to continue,
Hold on to your dream.
One morning you will awake to find
That you are the person you dreamed of,
Doing what you wanted to do,
Simply because you had the courage
To believe in your potential
And to hold on to your dream.

The Power of Leverage
Studying and practicing the principles of effective delegation have given you the foundation necessary to exploit the power of leverage. We will now examine other forms of this key tool of professional and business success. Each of the seven forms of leverage can help you expand the reach of your own talents and strengths. Each involves building on the work, talents, experiences, and contacts of other people.
Leveraging Other People's Energy :
The most productive people make sure they have time for the few things that give them the highest payoff by routinely seeking to delegate or outsource their lower-value activities.
Leveraging Other People's Knowledge :
Applying one simple piece of key knowledge to your situation can make a world of difference in the result you achieve. Finding and applying knowledge from another source can spare you tremendous amounts of money and labor. Follow the lead of successful people and scan books, magazines, tapes, articles, and conferences for ideas and insights you can use to help you achieve your goals faster.
Leveraging Other People's Money :
Knowing how and when to take advantage of other people's money—by borrowing or otherwise tapping into other people's financial resources—empowers you to achieve things that would be beyond your reach if you relied solely on your own resources. Seek out opportunities to borrow and invest, achieving returns in excess of the cost of the borrowed funds. Among the many sources for funds, consider, for example, chartered banks, savings and loan associations, venture capitalists, and public and private offerings of securities.
Leveraging Other People's Successes :
Study the successes that other people and companies have achieved to gain insights into their challenges and solutions. Most successful people have paid their dues in terms of money, energy, commitment, and even failure to arrive at the top of their fields. Learn from their experiences.
Leveraging Other People's Failures :
As Benjamin Franklin said, "Man can either buy his wisdom or borrow it. By buying it, he pays full price in personal time and treasure. By borrowing it, he capitalizes on the lessons learned from the failures of others." Listen carefully to the stories of truly successful people. Those who genuinely wish to support you will share with you their failures as well as their successes.
Leveraging Other People's Ideas :
A single good idea, developed with passion and commitment, can give birth to a fortune. The greater your exposure to a range of ideas—gained through reading, studying, interaction, and experimentation—the greater the chance you will come across one that will lead you to enduring success.
Leveraging Other People's Contacts of Other People's Credibility :
Everyone you know has friends, acquaintances, and professional contacts. Many of these people can make a positive impact on your career or business. Among all the people you know or are connected to in some way, who might open doors for you?

Brighter Tomorrows
Never stop caring about the little things in life,
Never stop dreaming or give in to strife.
Never stop building bridges that lead to promising tomorrows,
Never stop trying or give in to sorrows.
Never stop smiling and looking forward to each new day,
But most of all my friend...
Never stop shining in your own special way.
Never forget that all storms can clear.
The grayest sky can turn pure blue.
Remember, brighter tomorrows are near...

Things Work Out
Because it rains when we wish it wouldn't,
Because men do what they often shouldn't,
Because crops fail, and plans go wrong
Some of us grumble all day long.
But somehow, in spite of the care and doubt,
It seems at last that things work out.
Because we lose where we hoped to gain,
Because we suffer a little pain,
Because we must work when we'd like to play
Some of us whimper along life's way.
But somehow, as day always follows the night,
Most of our troubles work out all right.
Because we cannot forever smile,
Because we must trudge in the dust awhile,
Because we think that the way is long
Some of us whimper that life's all wrong.
But somehow we live and our sky grows bright,
And everything seems to work out all right.
So bend to your trouble and meet your care,
For the clouds must break, and the sky grow fair.
Let the rain come down, as it must and will,
But keep on working and hoping still.
For in spite of the grumblers who stand about,
Somehow, it seems, all things work out.

Climb 'Til Your Dream Comes True
Often your tasks will be many,
And more than you think you can do.
Often the road will be rugged
And the hills insurmountable, too.
But always remember,
The hills ahead
Are never as steep as they seem,
And with Faith in your heart
Start upward
And climb 'til you reach your dream.
For nothing in life that is worthy
Is ever too hard to achieve
If you have the courage to try it,
And you have the faith to believe.
For faith is a force that is greater
Than knowledge or power or skill,
And many defeats turn to triumph
If you trust in God's wisdom and will.
For faith is a mover of mountains,
There's nothing that God cannot do,
So, start out today with faith in your heart,
And climb 'til your dream comes true!

Empowering Quotes for Successful Life
To have attention is to be free from tension. Tension comes when little things are neglected and they result in big things. The attention that is needed is not paid and so they result in tension. When there is attention at every step, little things are taken care of. Attention also means constant checking of the self and introspection, which brings self-correction immediately. When we have attention on little things, we are able to keep our mind cool and calm. Challenging situations or people don't take us away from our state of well-being. As we are in constant touch with our own inner qualities, we are free from the influence of the outside environment and we move on towards further empowerment.
- Brahma Kumaris, Mt. AbuEvery action in our lives touches on some chord that will vibrate in eternity.
- Edwin Hubbel Chapin
Where there is vision, there is life and growth, accomplishment, fulfillment and joy. Keep your vision alive. It is important to see clearly, what you wish to accomplish and hold fast to it. Though it may tarry, it will surely come to past at the appointed time.
- James McKoySuccess is not to be pursued; it is to be attracted by the person you become.
- Jim Rohn
A dream is your creative vision for your life in the future. You must break out of your current comfort zone and become comfortable with the unfamiliar and the unknown.
- Denis WaitleyIntroversion brings empowerment of the self. Just as a tortoise withdraws from the external environment after its work is done, we too need to find time for ourselves. Amidst the activity of the day, we need to make time to look within and find the beauty that is hidden there. When we do this as a practice it brings a positive experience that empowers the self. We need to give ourselves a little time everyday at regular intervals. During this time, we need to look within and find our own uniqueness and we will find that we are able to have access to our positivity. This practice will help us during a difficult time too and we will be able to use these qualities under all circumstances. So we will not be a victim to situations but will be able to give what is required at that time.
- Brahma Kumaris, Mt. AbuSuccess and failure. We think of them as opposites, but they're really not. They're companions - the hero and the sidekick.
- Laurence Shames

Success Is Waiting To Happen
When we see someone successful, we say that he just got lucky.
'He must have been at the right place at the right time.'
People only see one side of the picture. People don't see the failures.

All stories of success are also stories of great failures.

Count That Day Lost
If you sit down at set of sun
And count the acts that you have done,
And, counting, find
One self-denying deed, one word
That eased the heart of him who heard,
One glance most kind
That fell like sunshine where it went-
Then you may count that day well spent.
But if, through all the livelong day,
You've cheered no heart, by yea or nay-
If, through it all
You've nothing done that you can trace
That brought the sunshine to one face-
No act most small
That helped some soul and nothing cost-
Then count that day as worse than lost.

Getting Over Problems
If you can't get through the mountain, Go around it.
If you can't go around it, Go over it.
If you can't go over it, sit down and ask yourself,
if getting to the other side is all that important?
If it is, set about digging a tunnel.
For every problem, there are many solutions.
Whatever the problems in life are, you have to find ways to get over it.

If it is, set about digging a tunnel.
For every problem, there are many solutions.
Whatever the problems in life are, you have to find ways to get over it.

Retrace Our Steps
If we had a chance to live the day once again,
we would have rectified all our mistakes.
Don’t regret that we can’t do so.
Start looking ahead for tomorrow.
It gives us another chance to retrace our steps.

All for the Best
Things mostly happen for the best.
However hard it seems to-day,
When some fond plan has gone astray
Or, what you've wished for most is lost
An' you sit countin' up the cost
With eyes half-blind by tears o'grief
While doubt is chokin' out belief,
You'll find when all is understood
That what seemed bad was really good.
Life can't be counted in a day.
The present rain that will not stop
Next autumn means a bumper crop.
We wonder why some things must be-
Care's purpose we can seldom see-
An' yet long afterwards we turn
To view the past, an' then we learn
That what once filled our minds with doubt
Was good for us as it worked out.
I've never know an hour of care
But that I've later come to see
That it has brought some joy to me.
Even the sorrows I have borne,
Leavin' me lonely an' forlorn
An' hurt an' bruised an' sick at heart,
An' though I could not understand
Why I should bow to Death's command,
That it was really better so.
Things mostly happen for the best.
So narrow is our vision here
That we are blinded by a tear
An' stunned by every hurt an' blow
Which comes to-day to strike us low.
An' yet some day we turn an' find
That what seemed cruel once was kind.
Most things, I hold, are wisely planned
If we could only understand.

Best Quotes On Aim
To aim at the best and to remain essentially ourselves is one and the same thing.
- Janet Erskine StuartDo a little more than you're paid to. Give a little more than you have to. Try a little harder than you want to. Aim a little higher than you think possible, and give a lot of thanks to God for health, family, and friends.
- Art LinkletterAll who have accomplished great things have had a great aim and have fixed their gaze on a goal that is high--one that sometimes seems impossible.
- Orison Swett MardenIf you would hit the mark, you must aim a little above it; every arrow that files feels the attraction of earth.
- Henry Wadsworth LongfellowThe one who teaches others never makes time his teacher. When the situation demands or forces us to change, we can usually bring about a change. But rarely do we find ourselves changing before time and being ready for the situations that are to come. So, we face a lot of difficulty during the time we are facing a problem. We need to have the simple aim to keep learning from everything that happens. With this aim we will be able to learn and be ready even before time forces us to change. Then we will be able to give the right direction to others, too, at the right time.
- Brahma Kumaris, Mt. AbuOur plans miscarry because they have no aim. When you don't know what harbor you're aiming for, no wind is the right wind.
- Seneca Most people don't aim too high and miss. They aim too low and hit.

Follow your dream.
Take one step at a time and don't settle for less,
Just continue to climb.

Can we see what we've done and what we can do;
Can we then have the vision to seek something new,
Press on.

Inspiring Poem - Just One
One song can spark a moment,
One flower can wake the dream
One tree can start a forest,
One bird can herald spring.
One smile begins a friendship,
One handclasp lifts a soul.
One star can guide a ship at sea,
One word can frame the goal
One vote can change a nation,
One sunbeam lights a room
One candle wipes out darkness,
One laugh will conquer gloom.
One step must start each journey.
One word must start each prayer.
One hope will raise our spirits,
One touch can show you care.
One voice can speak with wisdom,
One heart can know what's true,
One life can make a difference,
You see, it's up to you!

A life without purpose is a languid, drifting thing; Every day we ought to review our purpose, saying to ourselves: This day let me make a sound beginning, for what we have hitherto done is naught!

If You Think You Can
If you think you are beaten, you are;
If you think you dare not, you don't;
If you want to win but think you can't,
It's almost a cinch you won't.
If you think you'll lose, you're lost;
For out of the world we find
Success begins with a fellow's will;
It's all in a state of mind.
Life's battles don't always go
to the stronger and faster man,
But sooner or later the man who wins
It the man who thinks he can.

Best Attitude Quotes
The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do.
It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot
change the inevitable.
The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes.
- Chuck SwindollIt's our attitude in life that determines life's attitude toward us.
- Earl Nightingale
Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude...nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude.
- Thomas JeffersonI am usually looking for something better to do. What I do seems to be monotonous and ordinary and I try to think of something better to do, something that will bring benefit to others too. But I really am not able to easily bring about such a change. What benefit I bring is not based on what I do, but it is based on the attitude I do it with. So I need to maintain an attitude of bringing benefit to as many as I can, with whatever I do. Then nothing I do will be waste or ordinary.

Some Great Quotes on Courage
Courage is grace under pressure.
- Ernest Hemingway
- Ernest Hemingway
The one who has courage to bring about a change is free from excuses. For the one who recognizes the need for bringing about a change, every situation is an excuse for doing something new. If there is no commitment to change in every situation, excuses are given and others are blamed. So there is nothing new that is done and nothing new achieved. Life becomes very interesting for us when we are willing to take up the challenges that it brings. We are not afraid of new situations and challenges but are able to make the best out of the situation, we are free from fear and have the courage to bring about a change easily and naturally.
- Brahma Kumaris, Mt. AbuCourage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says, I'll try again tomorrow.
- Mary Anne Radmacher~Hershey
Failure is only postponed success as long as courage "coaches" ambition. The habit of persistence is the habit of victory.
- Herbert Kaufman
Being negative is easy. There will always be a downside to everything good, a hurdle to everything desirable, a con to every pro. The real courage is in finding the good in what you have, the opportunities in every hurdle, the pros in every con.
- Carolyn Hax
Meditate on the image of a tree and think about its meaning. Visualize the growth of the tree of life from a seed to sapling to a mature tree. Now label the various parts of the tree (roots, trunk, branches, etc.) with what you think are the specific spiritual qualities which emerge from within the soul at different stages/phases of its journey through the time of the drama of life on earth.
In the above exercise, you could identify the roots of the tree with your childhood when qualities like carefreeness, innocence, obedience, etc. emerge from within the soul; the trunk could represent your youth when qualities like courage, determination, cheerfulness, etc. emerge; the branches could symbolize your middle-life when qualities like adaptability, tolerance, co-operation, etc. emerge; and the leaves could be a symbol for old age, during which qualities like contentment, humility (egolessness), forgiveness, etc. emerge from within the soul.

- Chinese proverb
Whenever things go wrong, we find ourselves worrying a lot about the situation or the things that are going on. Then our mind is no longer in peace but is busy worrying and breaking the situation into pieces. We find that we don't find the accurate solution immediately but are thinking in circles. While working to find solutions, it is more important to work at our own inner peace before we make an attempt to try and find a solution. With the right state of mind, we automatically find that the right decisions are being made by us thus giving us the right results.
- Brahma Kumaris, Mt.AbuHappiness is not the absence of problems but the ability to deal with them...
- Anon.
Even with the best intentions, we can find ourselves stuck in cycles of negative thinking; often, these are caused due to negative self-belief. These cyclic thoughts waste our time, but more often, they are depressing or even destructive, especially if the cycle is due to a deep-rooted lack of self-esteem or self-confidence. Cyclic negative thoughts, by definition, have become a habit.
However, cycles of thinking can be positive too. Some people almost regularly respond to negative situations or events with feelings of optimism and positivity; they see success and are confident. If this is not natural to us, we can train ourselves to respond in this way. To become optimistic we need to create in our mind images of past success and generate a quiet self-assurance. Thus a cycle of positive thinking gets started and will, in time, become a habit.

Seeds of Thought
One of the most important principals for achieving success is to understand that your mind is like a garden bed where you cultivate and grow the seeds of thought.
When you plant a positive seed of thought in your mind and nurture it carefully, it germinates and grows until it leads you to take action.
As soon as you begin acting on your idea, your seed of positive thought becomes a seedling of positive action.
If you continue to feed and encourage this seedling, it gradually develops into a tree of positive habit.
Once this habit has become solid and immovable, it is then only a matter of time before it blossoms to produce the fruits of success.

Best Relationship Quotes
The best relationship is the one in which your love for each other exceeds your need for each other.
- Unknown
When there is the thought to do something altruistic for someone every day, there is the ability to give happiness unconditionally. Whatever the relationship or whatever the personality of the other person, the one who develops the habit of doing this, is able to remain a source of support for those around. The best gift we can give is to give happiness and to finish sorrow. When we are constantly thinking of this, not for any reward but just for the sake of it, we are able to discover and enjoy the fruit of that action. We are free from expectations and are able to enjoy the action itself.
- Brahma Kumaris, Mt.Abu
“You can't stop loving or wanting to love because when its right, it's the best thing in the world. When you're in a relationship and it's good, even if nothing else in your life is right, you feel like your whole world is complete.”
- Keith Sweat
Relationships are like crystals, you don't realize how much you love it until it breaks.
- Unknown
The specialty of the ocean is to merge. The most beautiful pearl is made of the dirt that is thrown into the ocean. So also the power to merge actually allows one to look at the positivity in spite of the obvious negativity that is expressed by the other person. So the relationship with the other person is only with their positivity. When we are able to merge the negativity of others, and look at the positive aspect in them instead, we can automatically experience being light and positive within. Also we find others relating to us with their positivity. We are able to be successful in our relationship with others, however difficult the personality traits of the other person may be.

The people with whom you work reflect your own attitude. If you are
suspicious, unfriendly and condescending, you will find these
unlovely traits echoed all about you. But if you are on your best
behavior, you will bring out the best in the persons with whom you
are going to spend most of your waking hours.
-- Beatrice Vincent
I have found that the greatest help in meeting any problem with
decency and self-respect and whatever courage is demanded, is to know
where you yourself stand. That is, to have in words what you believe
and are acting from.
-- William Faulkner (1897-1962) American Writer
Man is so made that whenever anything fires his soul, impossibilities vanish.
-- Jean de la Fontaine
Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks,
breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun.

To solve any problem, here are three questions to ask yourself:
First, what could I do?
Second, what could I read?
And third, who could I ask?

Some Inspiring thoughts from JIm Rohn
- The worst thing one can do is not to try, to be aware of what one wants
and not give in to it, to spend years in silent hurt wondering
if something could have materialized - never knowing. - If you don't like how things are, change it! You're not a tree.
- Take time to gather up the past so that you will be able to
draw from your experience and invest them in the future. - The more you know the less you need to say.

Don't Follow the Follower
Processionary caterpillars travel in long, undulating lines, one creature behind the other. Jean Hanri Fabre, the French entomologist, once lead a group of these caterpillars onto the rim of a large flowerpot so that the leader of the procession found himself nose to tail with the last caterpillar in the procession, forming a circle without end or beginning.
Through sheer force of habit and, of course, instinct, the ring of caterpillars circled the flowerpot for seven days and seven nights, until they died from exhaustion and starvation. An ample supply of food was close at hand and plainly visible, but it was outside the range of the circle, so the caterpillars continued along the beaten path.
People often behave in a similar way. Habit patterns and ways of thinking become deeply established, and it seems easier and more comforting to follow them than to cope with change, even when that change may represent freedom, achievement, and success.
If someone shouts, “Fire!” it is automatic to blindly follow the crowd, and many thousands have needlessly died because of it. How many stop to ask themselves: Is this really the best way out of here?
So many people “miss the boat” because it's easier and more comforting to follow — to follow without questioning the qualifications of the people just ahead — than to do some independent thinking and checking.
A hard thing for most people to fully understand is that people in such numbers can be so wrong, like the caterpillars going around and around the edge of the flowerpot, with life and food just a short distance away. If most people are living that way, it must be right, they think. But a little checking will reveal that throughout all recorded history the majority of mankind has an unbroken record of being wrong about most things, especially important things. For a time we thought the earth was flat and later we thought the sun, stars, and planets traveled around the Earth. Both ideas are now considered ridiculous, but at the time they were believed and defended by the vast majority of followers. In the hindsight of history we must have looked like those caterpillars blindly following the follower out of habit rather than stepping out of line to look for the truth.
It's difficult for people to come to the understanding that only a small minority of people ever really get the word about life, about living abundantly and successfully. Success in the important departments of life seldom comes naturally, no more naturally than success at anything — a musical instrument, sports, fly-fishing, tennis, golf, business, marriage, parenthood.

Giving and Receiving : Circle Of Kindness
The Circle of Giving and Receiving
Anonymous giving and acts of kindness can lead the giver to a very lonely place in the universe. Like the Lone Ranger or some other disguised hero, we do kind things all the time and so often the people on the receiving end don’t see it or don’t recognize it.
Living a life of altruism, in its most ideal form, means setting the ego aside and not doing what we do for credit. Usually, I have no problem with this at all. But there are those days, perhaps when I’m feeling a little weak or drained, where I find myself feeling lonely with it all, feeling like I’m giving, giving, giving, to a world that is in super receiving mode and asleep to what’s being done for them. I get a little discouraged.
Even idealized heroes had their inner circle of friends who knew who they really were and what their life was all about. The Lone Ranger had Tonto. Batman had Robin and his butler, Alfred. You get the picture. Being truly altruistic means we do what we do without expectation for credit or recognition. Otherwise, it’s not truly altruistic. But at some point, we have to be good receivers to continue to be effective givers.
I remember shortly after my first child was born that my wife and I reached a point where we were really struggling to make ends meet. We both had jobs but the pay was very meager. We were both doing work that we loved doing and we were really caught up in the magic of being new parents. But a financial reality burst our bubble one day.We had nothing left in savings, and bills that were due, some overdue, could not be met.
We talked with other people about our dire circumstances. We got a lot of sympathy but we were still feeling a lot of stress and not coming up with any solutions. And then it happened. I opened the front door one morning and found a plain white envelope tucked inside the screen door. Inside the envelope was $100 dollars. I felt this tremendous sense of energy swell up within me, surrounding me like a great, warm comforter. Some kind soul anonymously gave what felt like an awful lot of money to me then. They obviously didn’t want credit for their generosity and to this day I’ve never known for certain who it was.
In those days, that $100 would have just about paid for a month’s rent. And even though it wasn’t enough to make good on all of our bills, receiving the money gave us such a sense of relief and humbleness to be blessed by some great kindness of a friend who wanted no credit from us whatsoever. We made it through that dark time, not so much from the money we’d been given, but by realizing how powerful an act of anonymous generosity can be.
I’ve paid that act of kindness forward over and over many times. And even being the veteran giver that I consider myself to be, my mind still swings like a pendulum between the extremes of totally selfless giving and the need to receive something in return occasionally. Despite the back and forth energy of the momentum that is created, my sense is that I am ever moving forward through a world that often feels thankless and uncaring. I am constantly aware that there have probably been countless occasions when I have been the receiver of many acts of kindness from others who may have been aware of what they were doing even though I was asleep to their gift.
I am committed to being more awake to what’s going on around me and to showing my gratitude whenever possible for any act of kindness given, even if it’s as small a thing as someone holding open a door for me. Living a life of kindness is like breathing: for every breath out, there has to be a breath back in. That isn’t about ego. It’s about staying alive and being fully human. Now, let’s get back to it. Hi, ho, Silver, away!

Inspirational story : Life is an Echo
A son and his father were walking in the mountains. Suddenly, his son falls, hurts himself and screams: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh! !!"
To his surprise, hears the voice repeating, somewhere in the mountain: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh! !!"
Curious, he yells: "Who are you?"
He receives the answer: "Who are you?"
Angered at the response, he screams: "Coward!"
He receives the answer: "Coward!"
He looks to his father and asks: "What's going on?"
The father smiles and says: "My son, pay attention." And then he screams to the mountain: "I admire you!"
The voice answers: "I admire you!"
Again the man screams: "You are a champion!"
The voice answers: "You are a champion!"
The boy is surprised, but does not understand. Then the father explains: "People call this echo, but really this is life. It gives
you back everything you say or do. Our life is simply a reflection of our actions. If you want more love in the world, create more love in your heart. If you want more competence in your team, improve your competence.
This relationship applies to everything, in all aspect of life; life will give you back everything you have given to it."

What's Love?
When you are together with that special someone, you pretend to ignore that person. But when that special someone is not around, you might look around to find them.
At that moment, you are in Love.
Although there is someone else who always makes you laugh, your eyes and attention might go only to that special someone.
Then, you are in love.
Although that special someone was supposed to have called you long back, to let you know of their safe arrival,
your phone is quiet. You are desperately waiting for the call!
At that moment, you are in love.
If you are much more excited for one short e-mail from that special someone than other many long e-mails,
you are in love.
When you find yourself as one who cannot erase all the emails or SMS messages in your phone because of one message
from that special someone,
you are in love.
When you get a couple of free movie tickets, you would not hesitate to think of that special someone.
Then, you are in love.
You keep telling yourself, "that special someone is just a friend",but you realize that you can not avoid that person's special attraction. At that moment,
you are in love.

that dwells within the heart,

Inspiring Message : Real Treasure To Be Found
Real Treasure To Be Found
If you're always chasing happiness, it will never be able to find you. Relax, simply give happiness a place to live in you, and it will be in great abundance.
When you put conditions on enjoyment, it turns into just another chore. Let go, and sincerely enjoy the miracle that is your life as it comes to you in each moment.
If you become overly attached to specific results, you set yourself up for disappointment and disillusionment. Be ambitious, yet do not be your ambition.
Sometimes, when things fail to go the way you planned, they turn out better than you could have possibly expected. Welcome life's surprises and choose to see the positive value that is in each one of them.
Don't be too quick to place judgments on the people, situations and events in your life. In everything that comes along, there is an opportunity for you to more fully discover and express your true purpose.
Be open to whatever life brings your way. There is real treasure to be found in it all.

A Smile Knows No Language Barriers
I was visiting my sister a couple of weeks ago and it was snowing hard, in between bursts of icy raindrops. My husband and I dived into a coffee shop for a quick burst of heat. Sitting there watching the rain run down the window and people battle with their umbrellas all I could focus on was the one girl standing outside of the shopping centre selling a homeless magazine. Her approach wasn't pushy, just to ask if anyone wanted to buy it and then avert her gaze to the puddles on the ground. So many people walked past weighed down by bags of goodies from the sales that I began to feel quite sad.
I sent my husband back to the counter to buy her what I had just enjoyed -- a big hot chocolate with cream. Her smile melted my heart when I handed it over to her. She was foreign so her English wasn't great, but a smile knows no language barriers. I toyed with the idea that maybe just buying her 'what I had' wasn't right and that I should go to ask her what she would like. But then I convinced myself that if I did ask her she might feel less happy to accept and so for a brief moment our lives were one. Ironically though, as she had a smile on her face, I had a tear in my eye - as if we'd swapped lives for a split second.

Hope
Hope
Hope is with you when you believe
The earth is not a dream but living flesh,
that sight, touch, and hearing do not lie,
That all thing you have ever seen here
Are like a garden looked at from a gate.
You cannot enter. But you're sure it's there.
Could we but look more clearly and wisely
We might discover somewhere in the garden
A strange new flower and an unnamed star.
Some people say that we should not trust our eyes,
That there is nothing, just a seeming,
There are the ones who have no hope.
They think the moment we turn away,
The world, behind our backs, ceases to exist,
As if snatched up by the hand of thieves.

MOtivational Story : Excellence Is A Drive From "Inside"
A gentleman was once visiting a temple under construction. In the temple premises, he saw a sculptor making an idol of God. Suddenly he saw, just a few meters away, another identical idol was lying.
Surprised he asked the sculptor, “Do you need two statutes of the same idol”. “No” said the sculptor. “We need only one, but the first one got damaged at the last stage”. The gentleman examined the sculptor. No apparent damage was visible.
“Where is the damage” asked the gentleman.
“There is a scratch on the nose of the idol. Where are you going to keep the idol”.
“The sculptor replied that it will be installed on a pillar 20 feet high. When the idol will be 20 feet away from the eyes of the beholder, who is going to know that there is scratch on the nose?” The gentleman asked.
“The sculptor looked at the gentleman, smiled and said "God knows it and I know it ".
The desire to excel should be exclusive of the fact whether someone appreciates it or not. Excellence is a drive from “Inside” not “Outside".

Motivational Thinking : Lost Time Is Never Gained
Nobody will sympathize with a person
who constantly lets chances pass by
without making any efforts to salvage them.
We normally don't realize
how important our loved and close ones are until they leave us,
and then we start regretting, which results in misery.
Lost time is NEVER gained again.

Self Motivational Thinking : You Create Your Future
If you stop and think about it, what we call the "future" is really only a product of our imagination. Each of us imagines the future out of our hopes and fears. If we feel good about ourselves, then we tend to focus on our hopes and dreams. On the other hand, if we don't feel good about ourselves, we project our fears into the picture of the future, which we view in our heads.
Too often, we tend to focus on worst case scenarios of what might happen to us. Unfortunately, the more we focus on this and visualize the awful events that we imagine in our heads, the more likely they will come to pass.
However, if you can begin to imagine a more enjoyable, fulfilling and desirable "future" and to picture it on a regular basis, you will find yourself drawn toward bringing this "future" into being.
Once you believe that this vision of your "future" is possible, then you can really commit to creating it and you'll begin to take action. As you see yourself acting with greater optimism, enthusiasm, and purpose, you will become like a magnet, attracting into your life the ideas, people, resources and opportunities that you need to bring about this vision.

Life is About Creating Yourself – Think on This
1. Stand for something or Fall for anything!
2. It is difficult to get where you want to go, If you don't know where you are or where you have been!
3. Invest on Knowledge, It will give you the best Interest!
4. Don't forget Beauty is skin deep!
5. If you don't practice in problem on your OWN, you will DIE!
6. Success is not much what you are; BUT, rather what you appear to be!
7. Things would happen, but it takes time!
8. Suffering is not a punishment, but it's the result!
9. LIFE IS NOT ABOUT FINDING YOURSELF!; LIFE IS ABOUT CREATING YOURSELF!.
